This Drill jig is designed for Field Use so you can remount a wing or assist in the repair of a failure.
- For 3/32" flopper pins
- Maximum 8mm Spear shaft
- Smaller shaft sizes will center in the bottom of hole for proper alignment
- 8mm , 5/16" , 7 mm , 9/32" , 6 mm Shafts
- Smaller Shaft Size Jigs available, buy just this one for limited use.
- Other Jig Available with hardened drill bushing. Not needed if you are going to use this rarely.
- Proper cobalt center point drill bit included
- Hex Key for grub screws included
- Spare Grub screws included.
- Thick Zip lock bag so kit can be stowed in your "Go Bag"

Can be used at home as well.
Don't clamp in the a vice to drill, not needed all this will do increase chance for shearing off drill bit without perfect alignment. Hold the Shaft and Don't Dwell the bit in material.
